1. Delivery SLA Guarantees
Standard Embroidery Digitizing orders are delivered within 12 hours. Express emergency orders are delivered within 4 to 6 hours. Free edits are provided until Tajima test stitch validation is achieved.
2. Software Ownership & IP
Upon final payment, clients receive 100% intellectual property ownership of all custom Next.js, React, Node.js, and Unity source code developed by Frionexar.
3. Retainer & Payment Terms
Monthly retainer plans are invoiced at the beginning of each billing cycle with zero long-term cancellation lock-in.
